This is just a poster I did a couple of weeks ago on very short notice. Considering it was the work of only a few hours I’m actually pretty happy with how it turned out.

Had a few less distractions at work yesterday so got this started and then finished it off when I got home. Then today I thought why wait till Monday? So I’ve cleaned it up and made some alterations to the dragons lower jaw (it looked weird in the original sketch). Now here it is. I’m pretty happy with it. 
Not the latest page I know but hey, it’s better than nothing. I’ve just picked up a smaller, less conspicuous sketchbook that I can use at work. Not sure why but today I felt like drawing a tree. So there you go.
Any sketches that don’t suck too badly I’ll pop up here as I do them. This is to encourage me not to get into the mindset of only doing one a week. Also it gives you guys something to look at while you wait patiently for the next comic page. 
I originally intended her to be a little old zombie lady. But I made the mistake of deciding to draw her before the zombification process with the intention of then altering her. However once I’d finished I didn’t want to spoil the sketch… I may digitally zombify her at a later date if I get the time.

Here’s a birthday sketch for K! I know you loved Howl’s Moving Castle, please tell me you’ve seen My neighbor Totoro.
Not sure where the inspiration for this one came from. It was originally going to be more like a dragon, then it became furry… with floppy ears. It sort of looks like my dog, but with dentures. No idea why he’s in a pot though. 
A pal of mine recently had his car written off (nobody hurt) and he’s playing through Half-life 2 at the moment. So for his birthday I just had to draw him everyone’s favourite car-tossing “Dog“.

For his wife’s birthday my cousin suggested I draw him in a Starfleet uniform as she is a huge Picard fan. The line underneath read, “The only possible way your husband could be improved…”
I added inside the card, ” Short of shaving him bald.”
I did draw her a little shorter than she actually is but oh well.

One of 3 done in 3 or 4 hours. One day I’ll be more organised… one day.
*Edit* I had this post prepared several days ago and still it only gets posted in the middle of the night just before I got to bed. I have now set an alarm to remind me every Monday morning to post something. Since I have no memory, this will have to do.
